As you become dehydrated, it will grow darker.\u00a0 There will also be less of it, as your body tries to conserve as many fluids as it can.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A General Feeling Of Lethargy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a sign of moderate dehydration and is typically accompanied by a feeling of growing weakness in your muscles.\u00a0 You may also experience dry mouth that accompanies the sense of lethargy.\u00a0 While either of those on their own is a decent indicator, both together are a sure sign.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Light-Headedness or Headache<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Another sign of moderate dehydration is light-headedness or dizziness.\u00a0 It may also be accompanied by a sudden headache or nausea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You Stop Sweating<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a sign of severe dehydration that normally only occurs when you\u2019ve lost 10-15 percent of your body\u2019s water content.\u00a0 At this point, if you look in the mirror, you\u2019ll probably also notice that you have sunken eyes and your skin looks shriveled and dried out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other symptoms of severe dehydration include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delirium<\/li>\n<li>Fever<\/li>\n<li>Increased heart rate<\/li>\n<li>Low blood pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anything you can do to put more fluids back into your system will help ward off the effects of dehydration.
