That is, if they see any difference at all.<\/p>\n<p>The reason?\u00a0 Overwhelmingly, it comes down to a lack of consistency.\u00a0 If you only work out once a week, even if you do so intensely, it\u2019s not going to be as effective as it would have been if you work out more moderately, but more often.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here are some quick tips to help you stick with it and start seeing a difference:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a schedule \u2013 Not only that, but write it down! There\u2019s power in the written word and you\u2019ll have an easier time holding yourself accountable if you force yourself to look at what you\u2019re supposed to be doing on any given day.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t do it alone \u2013 Find an exercise buddy. Someone who has the same basic fitness goals.\u00a0 Not only will you have someone to work out with, but you\u2019ll be able to help keep each other accountable.\u00a0 That\u2019s win-win!<\/li>\n<li>Flip the script \u2013 Many people just don\u2019t like conventional workouts. It\u2019s easy to see why, so don\u2019t do that.\u00a0 Find a fun physical activity you enjoy doing and do it consistently.\u00a0 What\u2019s your preference?\u00a0 Tennis?\u00a0 Fencing?\u00a0 Frisbee?\u00a0 All of those will give you a fabulous workout, but none of them really feel like exercise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Even if you just do the three things mentioned above and nothing else, you\u2019ll go a long way toward sticking with your exercise long enough to start seeing real, tangible results.\u00a0 Once you do, it will provide all the motivation you need to keep going!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-800 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/radianthealth.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/workout-resized.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>Did you make a New Year\u2019s Resolution at the start of the year to get healthier?
