Despite the constant attention fad diets get, almost everybody knows what they need to do.\u00a0 It\u2019s just not very popular or attractive.<\/p>\n<p>The secret to weight loss and better health is the same as it\u2019s always been:\u00a0 Eat healthy, eat less and stay active.<\/p>\n<p>Eating healthy comes down to embracing fresh fruits and vegetables and using those as your dietary mainstay.
