Then, over time, build up to jogging intermittently, and then finally run the full distance.\u00a0 Don\u2019t be surprised if you can\u2019t finish the run on your first try.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Good Warm-Up Is Crucial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As with any form of exercise, warming up before the main event is crucial.
